Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.

• Return must be requested via email within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you purchase on a subscription basis, you will be charged automatically at the interval selected at checkout. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing us at hello@lunera.co.uk.

Please cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal to avoid being charged.
