180-Day Money Back Guarantee – How It Works
If you’ve purchased a single tub, you’re covered by our 180-day guarantee. If you don’t feel a difference, we’ll refund you in full—no questions asked.
If you’ve purchased a bundle (e.g., 3 or 6 tubs) and have not completed the full 3 months - additional unused tubs must be returned to qualify for a refund.
This guarantee is valid for UK orders only and applies only to your first order. Once the second order is placed then our guarantee is voided.

Refunds are only processed after return eligibility is confirmed.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Non-cancelled subscription policy
Any recurring subscription orders made that haven't been cancelled more than 24 hours before renewal are non-refundable under any and all circumstances*, apart from if given explicit approval from Lunera. In order to receive a refund for these items, you must return your item(s) in the same condition that you received it - unused, in its original packaging.
*Subscription orders are not refundable once processed, except in accordance with your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order
